It's been a long time, my friend!

We have a big backyard with a meadow & every year (since I have lived here) a family of bluebirds visit us. So far I haven't seen a sign of them...until today. Oh, so lovely! I couldn't get too close to the male without scaring him & I do not have a good zoom lens....this is the closest I could get. You can sort of see it's a bluebird. Anyone else have bluebirds visiting your humble abode? If you do...you are lucky! They are quite picky on where they nest (that's what I gather, anyway). Off to Haley's 2nd softball game for the week. "Catch" you all later!
